Man Pasand Cottage at Purani Koti has been designed in Colonial Style. Local mandi Stone has been used in it’ s exterior giving it a vintage look. It houses 3 bedroom , drawing & dining room, kitchen, 3 toilets and a gym in attic floor.
Windows built in gothic style enhances the colonial character of the building. Placed at one end of the site a huge lawn area of about 2250 sq.m towards the west compliments it’ s openness around the site.
Outer building envelop provides maximum insulation to it’ s interior. Building is oriented to gain maximum solar light and energy. Green areas from all sides surround the building.
