The house is located at Shanan, near SJVNL corporate office, Shimla. The Plan of the house is derived from the shape & topography of the site. The building is four storied. On each floor there is drawing, dining, kitchen and three bed rooms with attached toilet. Wide balcony area in front offer beautiful view of down valley & Churdhar mountain range in backdrop.
Exterior of the building is three circular tower and balcony area in between. Circular rooms offer vide range of beautiful view on valley side. The building is fitted with solar water heating system & rain harvesting system.
