The house is located at Summer Hill Shimla. While entering the house, one goes through wide open wooden staircase at first floor. Ground floor is provision of parking & servant accommodation. 4 bed room , toilets , drawing , dining & open kitchen is provided in the house
Exterior of the building is machine made bricks & RCC bands of Columns & beams. Laminated wooden flooring & wooden ceiling add to the warmth of interior. The building is fitted with solar water heating system & rain harvesting system.
The site planning has been done creatively. Two story villas at lower terrain and multistoried apartments in the back at higher level. The proposal merge with its natural surroundings. Central park has been proposed to offer open space to each building block.
Outer building envelop to provide maximum insulation to interior space. Buildings oriented to gain maximum solar light and energy. Selection of green building materials like AAC blocks, UPVC widows etc. STP for sewerage treatment & proper disposal of solid wastes is being used. Moreover addition of elements like swimming pool, gymnasium, shops, food court, play area etc. makes it a complete residential complex.
