The building consists of 6 2bhk apartments and is located in Purani Koti , Mashobra. The building is south oriented and is designed in reference to capturing maximum sunlight. Solar Heating system for all the flats is being used. Flats were designed in a spacious fashion with maximum windows facing the apple orchards in front of the building. The building is cladded with gharsa stone which makes it blend with the surroundings.
