The Resort is designed keeping the optimal use of natural terrain and obstruction free view from all the rooms and common areas, primarily in mind. Block 1 & 2 are placed simultaneously one behind the other in a fashion such that the topmost terrace area of first block is also accessible from the bottom most floor of block 2. Internally each floor of the blocks are accessible through lifts. The common terrace area comprise of restaurant, bar, multiple sitting and multiple bonfire areas making it a happening place for the people staying at hotel, without hindering into anyone’s privacy at all. Banquet hall and spa area are segregated with an interconnected huge lawn and proposed towards the extreme corner such that in case of marriages or any sorts of events that take place there, the hotel area remains unaffected and people staying there can still enjoy a peaceful retreat. Block 2 has an interconnected swimming pool, play area, recreational area and gym, which is also accessible by block 1 and when required is accessible from banquet hall as well. The major factors determining the placement of building is the approach from main road and areas having best views of the valley. Vehicular movement is restricted to just block 1 so that the core hotel area stays peaceful and the remaining site is accessible using golf carts.
